Director M Raja has almost completed ‘Thillalangadi’. “I am happy about the output. The film is an energetic entertainer which would keep the audience engaged right from the beginning till end,” he says.
The elder son of producer ‘Editor’ Mohan says, “Jayam Ravi and Tamanna have given their best. Though the film is a remake of Telugu blockbuster ‘Kick’, it would suit well to the taste of Tamil people.”
“Shaam is doing a parallel role, while Vadivelu does a full- length comedy role. We shot non-stop for 30 days in Malaysia. Interestingly our earlier venture ‘M Kumaran S/O Mahalakshmi’ too was shot in the same place a few years ago. We shot some important scenes in Chennai, and some in Europe.”
Ravi, thrilled at being part of the project, says, “Unlike my last ‘Peranmai’, ‘Thillalangadi’ is a commercial entertainer. It is loaded with comedy and is lively all through. I am happy to work with my brother Raja again, who shaped up my career.”
